1. Eligibility
As all our pieces are made to order and crafted specially for you, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, size issues, or delays within the stated production timeline.
Refunds are only possible if:
- The product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
- The item sent is incorrect compared to your order.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for:
- Manufacturing faults.
- Incorrect size due to our error.
- Wrong item sent.
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
3. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items
Customized or altered pieces (measurements given by customer)
- Sale or discounted items
- Orders returned without prior approval
4. Exchange Process
- 1. Once your request is approved, we’ll share our return shipping address.
2. Ship the item back in its original condition & packaging within 2 working days.
